| Anti-bacterium Panel: |
ALSHINE can be used in hospitals and pharmaceutical labs that need to restrain bacteria and maintain sterile conditions. It adopts anti-bacterium painting with lasting efficiency |
| |
| High peeling strength |
The panel is cross linking under high temperature with high-performance and molecular binding materials; which reaches the best level for the important feature- high peeling st |
| |
| Impact & Fire Resistance |
ALSHINE does not break like glass, asbestos panels or other brittle products. It is resistant to blows and pressure and has a high buckling and breaking strength. ALSHINE Panel with fire resistant polythene FR drastically increases fire resistance of the panel and conforms to the fire-proof requirements of building-material statute. |
| |
| Lightweight |
ALSHINE Panels are extremely light. ALSHINE of 2 mm thick has a specific weight of 2.9 kg/sq.m compared with 4.6 kg/sq.m for aluminium sheet of 1.7 mm thick. |
| |
| The Consistency of Paint Finish |
Other building materials use spray or powder system. It is very difficult to control the consistency of paint. However, Alshine panels are painted with a coil coating system, which provides excellent paint consistency. |
| |
| Rigid & Optically Flat Panels |
ALSHINE panels consist of a core of low-density polyethylene machine-bonded between two outer skins of aluminium. This balanced sandwich construction produces a very rigid yet optically flat panel. |
| |
| Weatherproof |
ALSHINE has been used in applications where it is exposed to maritime and severe industrial atmospheres and used to strong sunlight. Consistent with the surface finish selected, it is highly resistant to the effects of such environmental conditions. |
| |
| Good Temperature & Sound Resistance |
ALSHINE absorbs vibration and has a low resonance response. The average airborne sound transmission loss of ALSHINE is approximately 21 decibels and as such is comparable with a 20mm thick plaster board or a heavy inside door. Temperature resistance ranges from minus 50°C to plus 80°C (-55°F to +176°F). |
| |
| Easily Cleaned |
Water and a sponge or soft brush is all that is required to clean ALSHINE. In cases of more severe contamination, alkali-free cleansing detergents may be added to the water. |
| |
| Fabrication |
ALSHINE panels can be cut to size by sawing or shearing; more complicated shapes can be produced using a jig or band saw. Reverse side routing to produce a V groove enables ALSHINE to be folded into a whole range of shapes. A more detailed ALSHINE fabrication guide is available. |
| |
| Recyclable |
ALSHINE is fully recyclable, i.e. both the core material and the aluminium cover sheets can be re-melted and used for production of new material. |
