FABRICATIONS |
| |
| ALSHINE panel is very easy to process. All cutting, milling, slotting, side folding and curving can be done easily by simple tools used for processing timber and metal. It can be shaped into various shapes, such as curve, corner and sharp curve, according to requirements of building designs. It is incomparable to other decoration materials. |
| |
| Various fabrication techniques can be used to fabricate ALSHINE Aluminium Composite Panels. It is recommended to do most of the fabrication work in the workshop to minimize defects, exercise overall quality control and to attain high level of accuracy. |
| |
| If fabrication needs to be carried on at site we need to ensure that the work is carried on using correct table, tools, necessary precautions and skilled trained labour. |
| |
| The material can be cut to any configuration with a jigsaw or comparable device. Unsatisfactory cuts are being produced because of |

| Testing: |
Where the cladding systems and components have been tested in accordance with the tests specified under this Article, provide certification by independent laboratory showing compliance with requirements. Otherwise, perform tests through an approved laboratory and provide certified test results showing compliance with requirements. |

| Storage |
Protect pallets during storage against rain, penetration of moisture, condensation. Pile pallets in stacks one on top of the other (do not place the panels in upright position), stacks must not comprise more than 6 pallets of identical size. Avoid storage for a period of more than 6 months. |
| |
| Fabrication & Installation |
In case of metallic colours, we recommend to follow arrow markings on protective film and back side of the panel to avoid colour reflection differences |
| |
| Cleaning and maintenance |
Use soft cloth dipped in Luke warm water (20 - 30 C )mixed with a neutral detergent or little soap. Strong acid, alkali or solvent is prohibited as it may impair the surface. Please use high-pressure sprayers when cleaning ALSHINE panels. |
| |
| Protective Film |
It is recommended to remove the protective film within six months of installation |
